The Council of Literary Magazines and Presses serves one of the most active
segments of American arts and culture: the independent publishers of exceptional
fiction, poetry and prose. As the service organization to these publishers,
the Council of Literary Magazines and Presses guides literature through the
business of publishing. CLMP is a service organization exclusively dedicated
to serving and supporting literary publishers, and does not have the resources
to directly assist writers; on their website, however, is a list of links that
may be useful to writers [http://www.clmp.org/links/4].
